Richard Archer
Richard Archer, a California-transplant from Providence, Rhode Island, he works in a variety of mediums; watercolor, acrylic, oils, three-dimensional, and more. He is a former member of one of the oldest existing arts organizations in America, the Providence Art Club and a fine arts graduate of the University of Rhode Island. Some of his work is part of the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library, the US Air Force Thunderbirds Museum, the US Navy Blue Angels Museum, the New England Air Museum. Archer is currently President/CEO of the Moreno Valley Cultural Arts Foundation and Director of the Vanguard Art Gallery.
